I said it first, at about 6 weeks.
Actually, what I did, while we were cuddling on the couch is ask "is it too early to say "I love you?" Then I hurried up and planted a big ole kiss on him 'cuz I knew he'd have to pause to answer and I didn't want to feel like it was because he had to make up his mind about how to answer. He just had to wait for me to give him his tongue back and he said it back. Later, he IM'd me to say he was glad I "was early." He's not always the most eloquent talker!
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

I am totally bad. My boyfriend said it to me while we were out at dinner, and mind you I had been drinking [this is where i admit i am as bad as BP] and he

K. I should tell ya mine. Iffin it's okay.
Me and Mr. Tater had been datin for 3 years. Exclusively. (Or so he says but I believe him). And I was there every weekend, etc at his place. He also had a roommate at the time. We all hung out and partied and stuffffff. (This was around 1975). So...............one by one all of our friends got married........and there's me and tater-pudd.............and we went to a party and the last of our friends announced that they had gone away the previous weekend and got married and "sumthin inside me just snapped". Of course, I'm sure the beer didn't help. Now, after three years ole' TaterPudd had never said he loved me. At that point, I was startin to feel purdy used. So we went upstairs and and took off my clothes and got in bed and he was thinkin he was gonna be alllll lovey dovey. WRONG. I got up and said..............Unless you wanna marry me, this relationship is over. I'm tired of waiting. I'm going home. And I went home. He didn't call me for three weeks. The rest is history. |

I did that to a guy once, only it was a marriage proposal after only knowing him two days. I told him to ask me the next day when I was sober. He did. I said
yes. I was 17 and stupid. Of course it never worked out.
(Tater snuck in; I was talking back to Fairy)
